To Whom It May Concern:
A few months ago our committee gathered to begin planning our 55th in 2008. We called several reunion companies and we were turned down by all because of what they believed would be our potentially low turn out. The fact that we have remained stable through out the past five or six reunions didn't seem to hold much weight. Then we reached Graeme Yager at (her old company). She needed to check out our particulars with her company's policies, and I was pretty sure the answer would be the same.
I was wrong. She welcomed our business, and proceeded to work on the logistics of our particular requests, and soon we had a venue decided upon, reserved and an overall basic plan. She was considerate, helpful, and always responded immediately to our questions and concerns. Unfortunately for us, for many reasons out of her control, Graeme resigned from (her old company) and relocated in Washington state where she has formed her own company, Minds Eye Events.
We feel, as a customer, that we have lost the best resource for event planning that we have ever worked with over the years, and know that any group she works with will be guaranteed a positive and successful partner in the planning of their special event. We wish her every success in the future, with our thanks for her willingness to share her expertise when no one else would do so.
Sincerely,
